Hi, I'm Terry Hendry, Community Manager and my role at Seachange is to ensure the facilities at our 5 star country club are maintained and operating efficiently so residents can enjoy all the benefits of the Seachange lifestyle.

To assist me with this role, Pauline, my wife, will also be handling some of the administration on a part-time basis. Meeting and greeting new residents and ensuring they settle into their new home are just some of the things we'll be looking after in making sure the resort runs smoothly. We'll also be assisting with the liaison of a range of activities and events such as tennis or lawn bowls, arts and craft lessons and woodworking, where residents can choose to get as active or involved as they wish, or sit back and relax and just enjoy the Seachange over 50's community and lifestyle.

The Country Club

The centrepiece of Seachange Village is the Country Club. The multi-million dollar country club has been designed as the place to meet with neighbours, family and friends. Tee Trees Golf Course

The Tee Trees Golf Course, which is presently under construction and adjacent to Seachange Village, exclusive access for residents to play golf has been secured. Further details will be available once the course is completed.
 

Eco Friendly Living

Seachange Village has been designed with bio zones to collect rainwater and a 2 million litre water tank is located under the country club. This harvested water is used to maintain the tropical landscaping in our pedestrian friendly park streets and gardens.

All Seachange homes have a 7 star energy efficiency rating. This rating has been achieved by smart design features including: wider eaves, natural ventilation,  insulation in all external walls and roofs, treating glazing, light coloured roofs, ceiling fans and well designed outdoor areas. Each home also has a 3,000 litre water tank linked to the washing machine and toilets. These smart green initiatives make the homes not only comfortable but assist in reducing water and electricity bills. 

Feel Secure in a Gated Community

Seachange Village offers integrated intercoms from the main gate to each residents home. Security access allows you to enquire before providing access and as there are no renters at Seachange you know who your neighbors are.
